Fixing America at the Dartboard

Any of these suffice as a hurrah improvement:

1) national healthcare
(it's even good for business)
2) Election Day Holiday
(or weekend, whichever improves voter turnout)
3) too big to fail, too big to exist
4) constitutional liberties, please
(bye, bye Patriot Act, Military Commissions Act, those sinister riders on the defense appropriations bills)
5) no private voting machines, period
(an anonymous vote can't be protected in software)
6) no private militias
7) take care of illegal immigration on the profit side
8) send all excess accountants and bookkeepers to The Pentagon
9) even if you don't care for marijuana (here), legalization benefits

abbreviated list predicated on the 'bigger issues', perennially a concern

I Was Rich

I was rich. Now I am not. What happened?

I...

- spent it (including gambling)
- gave it away
- was taxed severely
- died
- lost it to inflation
- lost it in a legal judgment
- made losing investments (including insolvent, uninsured accounts)
- had it stolen
- was in a revolution
